1. Information We Collect

Koya collects information necessary to provide rental property management: names, emails, and phone numbers of landlords and tenants, room details, leases, bills, and payments. If you sign in with LINE, we receive your name and email from your LINE account solely for authentication.

2. How We Use Information

We use your data to operate the property management service, generate bills and receipts, send relevant notifications, and improve the product. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

3. Email Collection & Use (LINE Login)

When you sign in with LINE, we request your email address from your LINE account with your consent. We use your email to (1) create and identify your account, (2) send receipts, bill notifications, and important account information, and (3) enable password recovery. By clicking “Log in with LINE,” you consent to our collection and use of your email for these purposes. We do not use your email for third-party marketing.

4. Data Protection

Sensitive personal data such as national ID numbers is encrypted before storage. We comply with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

5. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider. We do not store your card details on our servers.
