Koya provides rental property management for landlords and tenants. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to infringe the rights of others.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Paid plans are valid for the stated billing period and renewed manually. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Koya is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
